Base: white tea Primavera from the province of Misiones. This blend can be described as
the fresh wind of the Tierra del Fuego plains.
Additions:
Mallow and dandelion – native herbs from the plains of Santa Cruz, providing subtle yet dominant herbal notes
Apple and pear from Río Negro – soften the herbal base and round out the flavor
Rosehip – a European-origin plant now naturalized in Patagonia; today it grows along lake shores, mountain roads, and open plains — precisely where the Patagonian Yellow Finch is most often found
White bellflower petals – visually enhance the blend and add a light, relaxing sweetness
Profile: a delicate, light blend with the spirit of the southern plains.
The flavor begins with soft green notes and gradually unfolds into gentle fruity
sweetness and acidity.

Patagonian yellow finch: 85°C 4′
It is recommended to follow the infusion time and temperature precisely, and to serve the drink without the leaves to avoid over-steeping and ensure consistent results.
