Delivery area
We deliver within Buenos Aires City and nearby areas. Other locations upon request.

Delivery cost
The delivery cost is calculated separately and confirmed before payment, depending on address, time, and urgency.

Delivery time and schedule

• Standard deliveries are performed the same day if the order is confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM.
• Delivery time is coordinated with the buyer or, upon request, directly with the recipient.
• Unomas Flores is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to absence, inaccessibility, or incomplete information.

Receiving conditions

• The recipient must be present at the agreed time. The courier will wait up to 20 minutes.
• If absent, the order may be left with a third party or in a safe place by agreement.
• Redelivery incurs an additional charge.

Special addresses
Detailed access instructions must be provided for deliveries to restricted areas (hospitals, offices, hotels).

Product responsibility

• We guarantee the integrity of the floral arrangement up to the time of delivery.
• Claims must be submitted within 2 hours after receipt with photographic evidence.

Force majeure
Delivery schedules may be affected by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or blockades. Clients will be notified promptly.
