Refund policy
General
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only for quality-related claims or order mistakes.
Claim procedure
- Clients must report any issue within 2 hours after receiving the order.
- A photo of the received product and a description of the problem must be sent to our official communication channel (WhatsApp or email).
- We will review the case within 24 hours and offer either a replacement, a new delivery, or a full or partial refund, as applicable.
Exclusions
- Claims submitted after the 2-hour window are accepted only in exceptional cases.
- During peak dates (such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day), special conditions apply.
