Personalized attention for each order
Each arrangement is handcrafted by our florists. We strive to accurately reflect the selected style, mood, and color palette, allowing creative variations due to seasonality and the natural characteristics of flowers.
Order confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once the details (composition, price, delivery address, contact information) are validated and payment is received. Urgent orders are accepted only if they can be fulfilled while maintaining quality standards.
Order modification and cancellation
Changes are allowed before the preparation begins. Once the bouquet is being assembled, modifications and refunds are not possible.
Cancellation with a full refund is possible if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Quality guarantee
We use only fresh flowers and high-quality materials. In case of a justified quality claim, we offer replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
Force majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, blockades, strikes, etc.), delivery timelines may be adjusted. Clients will be informed promptly.
Data confidentiality
All personal data is processed in accordance with Unomas Flores’ Privacy Policy and Argentina’s Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
Responsibility of the parties
Unomas Flores is responsible for quality and timely execution within its scope. The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery data.

By placing an order through our website, messengers, or other means, the client accepts these Service Rules
