A wine with deep roots — literally. Planted in 1955 on old riverbed gravel in the heart of Patagonia.
Whole-cluster fermentation at low temperatures preserves floral delicacy.
Aged 11 months: 50% in concrete, 50% in used French oak (2nd–4th use).

Aromas: strawberry, iodine, wild blueberry, smoke, game, and minerals
Profile: pure, focused, and strikingly elegant
Production: no filtration, 100% natural
