Flower Care Instructions

To help your flowers stay fresh for as long as possible, we deliver them with a care kit designed to support their longevity.

The bouquet is wrapped in transport paper and an aquapack — a water-filled sleeve — and secured with a ribbon that holds a sachet of Chrysal, a special solution that disinfects the water, along with detailed care instructions.

Bouquet Care

• Remove the transport packaging over a sink and place the bouquet in a vase filled with clean, cool water. 

• Add the flower food at a ratio of 1 sachet per 0.5 liters of water.

• After 2–3 days, repeat the process: trim the stems diagonally by 2 cm using a knife or floral shears.

• If you’re not using flower food, we recommend changing the water daily, trimming the stems, and washing the vase regularly.

Floral Arrangement Care

• Water the arrangement regularly to keep the floral foam moist.

• Avoid direct sunlight, drafts, and heat sources.

• Do not place flowers near fruits or vegetables.
