Payment options for international customers:

• For customers in Russia: SBP or bank transfer in Russian rubles.

For payments made in a currency other than Argentine pesos, the final amount is calculated using the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.

We’ll include a complimentary card with your personal message and carefully deliver the bouquet directly to the recipient in Buenos Aires.

Our courier service provides careful flower delivery throughout Buenos Aires (CABA: Palermo, Recoleta, Belgrano, Puerto Madero, San Telmo, Colegiales, and other neighborhoods), as well as to Zona Norte and Nordelta.

Preparing a bouquet takes at least one hour, depending on its size and complexity. Once the bouquet is ready, the estimated delivery times are:

• CABA: 20–40 minutes;
• Zona Norte: 30–50 minutes;
• Nordelta: 60–80 minutes.

The total order time therefore includes both bouquet preparation and delivery. You can also collect your order from our studio in Colegiales or arrange delivery through Uber Flash or Cabify Envíos.

Yes, of course! If you need a bouquet as soon as possible, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram. We’ll show you the fresh flowers currently available at our studio in Colegiales. Preparing a bouquet takes at least one hour, while the final preparation time depends on its size and complexity. Once it’s ready, we’ll carefully wrap it and hand it over to the courier.

If you’ve chosen a large or giant bouquet, a complex arrangement with exotic flowers, or a specific rare flower variety, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance.

The photos in our catalog serve as a reference and feature real bouquets and floral arrangements created according to our clients’ individual preferences using the seasonal flowers available at the time.

We’ll recreate your chosen design as closely as possible. If a particular flower variety is unavailable at the flower market, we’ll replace it with the most suitable alternative in terms of shape, color, and quality. The bouquet’s overall style, volume, color palette, and premium appearance will always be preserved.

During flower delivery in Buenos Aires, we keep your bouquet fresh by transporting it in an Aquapack, with the freshly trimmed stems kept in water throughout the journey.

If you order a hand-tied bouquet finished with a ribbon, we also wrap it in protective transport paper to prevent damage during delivery. Please remove this outer wrapping before placing the bouquet in a vase.

Each bouquet includes flower care instructions and two sachets of Chrysal flower food. After receiving the bouquet, simply add the Chrysal to a clean vase filled with fresh water before placing the flowers inside. This helps them stay fresh and beautiful for longer.
