How to Order a Bouquet from Unomas Flores
Ordering flowers with us is simple and flexible. You can choose whichever channel works best for you:

Important Note for All Orders
When browsing our website or Instagram, you will see photos of arrangements that were previously custom-made for a specific client at a given moment. While we may not always replicate a design in exact detail, we always use it as a primary reference for:
• Color palette
• Overall size
• Bouquet shape / style ( round, airy, or loose/sprawling)
• Price
1. Ordering on our website
When placing your order directly through our website, we kindly ask you to note that not all flowers may be in stock at the very moment you place your order.
Want an exact match?
If you need the arrangement to look precisely like the photo, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order. Send us a screenshot or photo of the design you want, and we will gladly consult with you. If certain stems are currently unavailable, we will suggest suitable alternatives.
Checkout details
When you proceed to checkout, you will see a field for the delivery address. The DELIVERY section offers two options: Ship (have the flowers delivered to the address you specify, either the recipient’s address or your own if you are ordering flowers for your home) or choose Self-pickup.
Please note: In the DELIVERY field, you should enter the address where the bouquet needs to be delivered and your own phone number (as the person placing the order). Only enter the recipient's phone number if they already know about the delivery and are expecting a message from us. We will use the phone number you provide to update you on your order, coordinate any details, or discuss potential flower substitutions if needed.
Online payment
Payment on the website is processed securely using our available checkout options:
Credit card / Mercado Pago / Cuotas sin Tarjeta con Mercado Pago / PayPal / Bank transfer / Alias / SBP (for Russian rubles)/ Cryptocurrency (USDT, others via Binance / Bybit).
We invite you to create an account, which will make placing your orders much faster and easier. You can also easily save your details and manage your purchases in one place.

Choosing a Design
• Browse our portfolio on our website (where prices are listed) or via Instagram.
• Take a screenshot of the bouquet you like and send it to us.
• We will confirm the price (if selected from Instagram) and check flower availability.
Share Your Preferences & Occasion
Let us know all the important details about what you are looking for:
• Style: Mono-bouquet or a mixed arrangement.
• Composition: Roses, hydrangeas, seasonal, or exotic flowers.
• Color Palette & Mood: Delicate, bright, pink, white, etc.
• Shape: Round, airy, or loose/sprawling.
• Presentation: Gift-wrapped or styled with a ribbon.
• Budget: Let us know your preferred price range (Note: Delivery is calculated separately based on your delivery address).
Composition Approval
Once you share your preferences or send a reference photo, we will propose a flower composition (a preview showing one stem of each flower that will be used in your arrangement). We send this for you to review the flower types and colors. Once you approve it, we begin assembly.
Final Review & Delivery
As soon as your bouquet is ready, we will send you a photo of the final arrangement. Once you give your final approval, we hand it over to the courier for delivery.

Your Delivery Address
To arrange delivery, we need either your address or the recipient’s address. Please provide the complete address, including the apartment number, so the courier can easily reach you.
If you would like the courier to leave the bouquet with building security or hand it over to the concierge, just let us know.
Delivery Time
Please let us know your preferred delivery time window so we can ensure the flowers arrive right on schedule.
We schedule deliveries within a 1-hour time window (for example, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM) to safely account for possible traffic. We will keep you updated along the way: we will message you as soon as the courier is on the way, notify you immediately if there are any unexpected delays, and send you a final message the moment the courier arrives at the location.
Our courier deliveries are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
You can also pick up the bouquet yourself or order a taxi. More information about delivery can be found on our delivery page.
Contacting the recipient
If you are planning a surprise or ordering from another country, we can also contact the recipient of the bouquet directly to clarify the address, ask when it is convenient for them to receive the flowers, and make arrangements.
